• Floor preparation included DPM and smoothing compound, with impact protection until completion.
• Luxury Vinyl Tiles to bedrooms and communal areas
• Herringbone-patterned flooring to the communal areas, with perimeter borders and design strips
• Safety Vinyl with coved skirting to all ensuites and wet areas
• Safety Flooring for kitchen and laundry areas
• Carpet with nosings to stairwells
• Barrier Matting to entrance areas

Ceramic Tiling

• Feature tiles with aluminium trims to bathrooms
• Mosaic splashbacks to kitchenettes
• Ceramic wall tiles to drugs stores and cleaner’s store
